Counterfeits copy the box, the label and sometimes even the colour of the liquid. They cannot copy a unique code that we issued and that has never been checked before. That is why every genuine Driada Medical pack carries one — and why checking it takes less than a minute.
Step 1 — Find the sticker
Turn the box over. The sticker at the bottom has two layers. Lift the top layer at the silver-foil corner and peel it off. Under it you will find a QR code and the same code printed as text.
If the sticker is missing, already peeled, or the top layer looks glued back on, treat the product with suspicion before you go further.
Step 2 — Scan or enter the code
Point your phone camera at the QR code — the result opens straight away. Or open the Verify page and type the letters and numbers under the QR code into the checker.
Step 3 — Read the result
A genuine product shows as authentic with a verification count of exactly 1. The count is the number of times this code has been checked — your check is the first.
- Authentic, count 1 — genuine, and you are the first to check it.
- Authentic, count above 1 — the code was checked before. If not by you, the code may have been copied onto a counterfeit pack.
- Not found — check that you typed the code correctly. If it is still not found, do not use the product and write to us.
Check the seller, too
A verified product is the end of the story; a verified seller is the beginning. On the Verify page you can also enter a seller's Telegram, Wickr, email or website to see whether they are an authorised Driada Medical seller. Checking before you buy is the simplest way to avoid counterfeits altogether.
Signs that something is wrong
- The seller does not show as authorised.
- The sticker is missing, damaged or has been peeled before.
- The verification count is above 1 and you did not check it earlier.
- The packaging, print or product differs from the photos on our product pages.
